PRAGMATA gets a new Trailer from TGS showcasing the "Shelter"

In 2026 Capcom will finally release their new upcoming Sci-Fi IP Pragmata, which was announced all the way back in 2020. The game will take place on a lunar research station as spacefarer Hugh and android Diana work together to solve puzzles and face off against rogue AI (ChatGPT's distant relative perhaps?).

Players will have a range of weapons at their disposal, as well as a jetpack that lets you dodge incoming attacks and reach higher areas that would otherwise be accessible. In the brand new trailer from TGS, we get a glimpse of our protagonists rest area known as "the Shelter" where you'll be able to upgrade weapons, hack nodes and rest up. Speaking of Hack Nodes, we got a first look at two brand new ones: A Decoy Generator, that allows Hugh to distract enemies by throwing a copy of himself to distract enemies, plus the Charge Piercer - a weapon that can be charged to unleash a powerful attack.

Thanks to Diana's abilities she's also able to hack multiple enemies at once, but use with caution as it's a limited use item consumable. Knowing when to use them would be half the battle, and in doing so you may find that battles are made easier. They can also travel to other areas within the Shelter via the Tram, which allows for quick access to checkpointed areas. Check out the new trailer now while you wait!

PRAGMATA doesn't have a release date yet, but it's scheduled for a 2026 release and will be on Gamesplanet soon.
