Project CARS 3 - What Drives You - 4k Trailer
When it comes to PC racing simulations outside of the pure Formula 1 and rally sims few can compete, however developer Slightly Mad Studios undoubtedly has their hands firmly on the wheel. Publisher Bandai Namco are set to deliver the next entry in the popular Project CARS with the launch of Project CARS 3 on August 28th (or August 25th with the Deluxe).
The development studio is removing a few simulation elements, such as pit stops and tire wear, to make the game a little more accessible, which should appeal to Forza fans and newcomers to the series. Project CARS 3 will still offer a challenge for those looking for a serious simulation racer, thanks in part to an improved AI. At the same time, depending on game settings, Project CARS 3 will appeal to more and more arcade racers as shown in the announcement trailer from June.
Will the game offer lovely visual treats for the eyes this time around? In the previous entry in the series (Project CARS 2) we got a gorgeous looking game and did a 4K Graphics Comparison on PixelPerfect to compare the game on various presets. More than 200 racing and road cars are running in Project CARS 3 with more than 120 tracks around the world - add in 4K graphics (plus VR) support and you get a dream racing experience. The new 4K trailer "What Drives You?" by Bandai Namco gives you a taste of what awaits you in the full game when it launches later this month.
Project CARS 3 is launching on August 28th adn you can pre-order the game now from Gamesplanet to be ready for the release. Grab the Standard Edition or if you want to start even earlier, order the Deluxe Edition, which includes the Season Pass and 3 days early access to the game from August 25th.
