replyWe're sorry for the delay, we have been chasing Capcom about this and due to current problems from the virus it's taking a bit longer. However we got word yesterday that keys should hopefully be with us by the end of the week.
Apologies for the wait we too are disappointed and hope it'll be resolved soon.

replyYou can only use it on one Steam account, but you can use on multiple PCs (not at the same time).
