Keys ran out earlier in the week and have had to be ordered by Capcom, which we did on Monday. Sorry for the delay, if you don't want to wait you can request a refund from your account page.

Yes sorry, it's taking longer than expected for this one. We got the RE Village sooner (was the same restock request). The publisher confirmed us they're processing the request . We hope to get them soon. If it takes too long we'll refund the backorders, no worry.
