You control two playable characters through the horror setting of Resi Requiem: FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and series veteran Leon S. Kennedy. Their separate storylines revolve around a series of murders in the United States, with clues leading back to Raccoon City. When their paths cross, the story focuses not only on solving the incidents but also on confronting events from the past.

Gameplay offers different approaches depending on the character, combining investigation, exploration, and intense combat encounters. Early reviews have been very positive. The community response on Steam has also been enthusiastic shortly after release: the title currently holds a “Very Positive” rating, with 90% of nearly 3,800 user reviews marked as positive.
