i bought this game for 2 keys and the system cut my money for 2 keys but, you only give me 1 key (i bought it for me and my friends because i want to play with him)

i did order separately, one time for me it cut my money and i get key also already redeem, no problem, so i bought it again when i check out it said "can not proceed" but my card inform me that money already has been cut for the second key...
by the way i sent the email to support team already but nothing coming yet
