Fight Fires Together in Seafarer: The Ship Sim—New Co-op Crew Update Is Here
In Seafarer: The Ship Sim (currently still in Early Access), you can now set sail with up to four players: The new update introduces a full-fledged co-op mode complete with new missions.
Setting Sail Together
The developers at astragon have significantly expanded their ship simulation game Seafarer: The Ship Sim: The “Co-op Crew Update” has left the beta branch and is now officially available in the main game. Up to four players can team up to form a seafaring crew and steer a ship together—whether on cargo runs, unloading operations, or rescue missions. Tasks can be divided among the crew: while one player operates the crane, another handles lashing, or several players can work together to fight a fire on board.
In addition to the co-op mode, there are two new missions in Seafarer: “Highjacked!” in Mettington and “Exchange and Jump In!” in the larger ports. Free trade has also been expanded to include liquefied gas and bulk cargo, further broadening your career opportunities.
