Watch 56 minutes of Sniper Elite 4 Gamesplay, with developer commentary
Sniper Elite 3 was a great game, it put you into the boots of a sniper and made you feel like every shot had a meaningful impact - plus it had some of the coolest slow-motion bone crunching effects I have ever seen in a video-game (sorry Mortal Kombat X you too had good bone crunching but not as awesome as Sniper Elite 3). With the upcoming release of Sniper Elite 4 we've had a small glimpse at what we can expect and now EuroGamer have 56 minutes of brand new gameplay footage taken directly from the game.
EuroGamer's Ian Higton joins Lead Designer Paul Wright as they tackle the Viaduct level, Sniper Elite 4 is not an easy game but as is the case with Sniper Elite 3 it should cater to all forms of gamer (it doesn't help poor Ian though). At the end of the demo they messed around with some cheats to showcase off the grand scope of the world and just how large it actually is, in a game based on sniping you'd expect a large open space and Sniper Elite 4 delivers that in buckets.
Sniper Elite 4 will be released on February 14th, 2017 for PC, Xbox One and PS4. What a great way to spend Valentine's Day (with this and For Honor on the same day it'll certainly be a read Valentine's for sure).
