Hello. I've recently bought a Season Pass for this game but after I log in my Ubisoft account, the page shows up and there's no activation button, just asking me to Log in again. It repeats everytime. Can someone help me redeem it?

It could be related to addons or a browser setting causing issues with activation, please try using another or disabling said addon if you're using one.
