Not getting the game and noone responding to my messages.
Whenever i try to claim the game I recieve a 1014 error. Would not reccommend anyone to shop from here not worth the 5% discount I have been waiting all day and stil not gotten anything.

Mostly, if you are located in Europe you should purchase from the EU portals. Purchasing from the US store will work for you.
