Street Fighter 6: Mai enters the arena on February 5th!

Capcom has unveiled a new addition to Street Fighter 6. In the newly released trailer, Mai takes the stage, a notable female fighter who some of you may recognise from the Fatal Fury series. Find out more about her arrival in the game on February 5th.

Mai Shiranui is one of the most iconic characters from SNK's Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series. Her seductive look and agile fighting style have secured her a permanent place in the history of fighting games. In the trailer for the forthcoming content for Street Fighter 6, she immediately takes on her opponents in various scenarios. The equally well-known Chun Li faces off against Mai - and has to admit defeat. Mai is a treat for fans, and not just because of the successful staging: she will be a real added value for more gameplay variety in Street Fighter 6.

In conjunction with Street Fighter 6, Mai's arrival is special as she is a crossover character from a competing classic fighting game series. The fact that Mai appears not just as an Easter Egg, but as a full character for owners of the Year 2 Character Pass or the Year 2 Ultimate Pass, also shows how willing Capcom is to engage in such collaborations for the benefit of the SF fanbase. To unlock the character, owners of the passes only have to wait until February 5th, when Mai added to the impressive roster of Street Fighter 6 characters already available.
