Developer of Super Meat Boy brings new game The End is Nigh to life in Gameplay Video
Fans of hardcore platfofrming action game Super Meat Boy can look forward to a new game from creator Tyaler Glaiel as The End is Nigh arrives on July 12th for PC and Nintendo Switch.
In The End is Night players will jump into the skin of Ash, a lonely pixelalted blob who is in search for a new friend. He has managed to stay alive at the end of the world and now he's looking for a friend. Expect over 600 levels of hardcore platforming action with this new game from the creator of Super Meat Boy, and just like SMB you can expect to die a few times before getting to the end of the game (assuming you even reach it before breaking countless keyboards/gamepads). As he explores the world he'll try to piece together a new friend and do his best to avoid danger.
Many Deaths await!
A new gameplay video from Tyaler Glaiel, developer of Super Meat Boy, gives us a fresh look at the gameplay for The End is Night. Will the little blob manage to survive as he explores a dreary world with everything in ruins around him? The key to survival is timing, make one wrong move and you'll end up dying. Luckily death is only a setback, as you master timing you will become better until you can finally beat a level (like Super Meat Boy before it).
It's looking very likely this will become as big as a hit as other entries in the genre, with hardcore platforming action and great level design it could be the summer game fans are waiting for.
The End is Nigh coming to PC and Nintendo Switch on July 12th, with other platforms coming in the future (to be confirmed).
