Can I return this game and ask for a refund?
It is actually taking forever to install.

Yeah it takes forever to install because Gamesplanet's servers compared to Steam are kinda bad lol

Also the game is around 30gb so it takes time to download it. I've been downloading the bin files through my internet browser, the downloads seem faster that way.

Well we'd love to have the same speeds Steam does, unfortunately it's not that simple. That said we did bring a new server online to help with the heavy load and we'll make more improvements in the coming weeks. We're doing what we can to ensure healthy speeds for everyone :)
