Mac Big Sur - Game will not launch

I am on a Mac with Big Sur and I cannot run the game. I am receiving the following error: You do not have permission to open the application.

Please help

Hey,

Move the downloaded file SuperSeducer3.app to your Application folder
Open the Terminal on MacOS and type:

cd /Applications
chmod -R 755 SuperSeducer3.app

After that you can run the SuperSeducer3 - it will take a while and shoud popup in the MacOS dock. After some minutes, start it again. It appears the message that the developer is not verified.
Open the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General
At the bottom there should be a message with Super Seducer + a button "Allow to launch the application"

After these steps you should run the game.
