What makes Tabletop Game Shop Simulator so appealing to tabletop and miniature fans

On November 12th, developer Ludogram and publisher Knight Fever Games will release Tabletop Game Shop Simulator. THE sim for anyone who enjoys handling tabletop miniatures and playing with them in RPG shops.

We all know the feeling: one moment you're happily opening the latest Magic expansion pack, and the next you're standing between shelves full of fragrant RPG rulebooks and miniatures of all kinds. All role-players feel at home in RPG shops with a wide range of products, whether it's one of the many established Games Workshops with its Warhammer figures or the local RPG shop where everyone of note who has ever held a sword or wand in their hand meets. Even if these items are mostly just mind games from a fantasy universe.

And in such tabletop shops, there is always a lot of painting going on, because many miniatures only have a shape, but no colour yet. This gives players the opportunity to customise their figures. This is also possible in the Tabletop Game Shop Simulator from Ludogram and Knight Fever Games.

The Tabletop Game Shop Simulator will launch in early access on 12 November, after Steam users had the opportunity to try out a (limited) playable demo in advance. This game fulfils the dream of many RPG veterans: running your own tabletop shop, getting creative and even playing against customers.

At the heart of Tabletop Game Shop Simulator is your personal tabletop store, which you design and set up from scratch. You decide which products to sell, how your shop is laid out, and what atmosphere you want to create so that customers feel comfortable in your shop even during longer gaming sessions. Arrange shelves, add new product groups, adjust prices – each of your decisions influences how popular your shop will be with customers and collectors.

A special highlight is the miniature system: you can open mystery packs, assemble figures, paint them, and then display and sell them on your shelves. How well you paint your figures ultimately depends on how good you are at the mini-game for the respective paint job. If the in-game games aren't your thing because you just prefer the simulation aspect of Tabletop Game Shop Simulator, then you can simply sell the figures and just set up gaming tables for your customers. If your shop visitors use the brush station for figure painting and also a gaming table, money will flow into your cash register continuously.

Your shop serves as a meeting place for the RPG community: you organise game nights, hold small tournaments and, if necessary, compete with your customers yourself in dice games at the gaming table. This is beneficial for your shop's reputation!

Tabletop Game Shop Simulator Features

  • Build and manage your own tabletop shop
  • Collect, assemble, paint and trade figures
