Man of Medan: Developers explain the "Shared Story" mode in new Dev Video
Horror creeps in later this month when Bandai Namco and Supermassive Games' upcoming title The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan launches on August 30th. In a brand new developer video, the devs tell us what the "Shared Story" mode is all about, which is the one of the Multiplayer modes for the game.
Two players experience the same in-game situations in Coop Mode, alternating between decisions for different characters. In this horror adventure, actions really do have consequences - and your fellow players are involved. Game Director Tom Heaton talks about the complex storyline and how players work together to uncover secrets, explore items, and last but not least, influence the storyline in Man of Medan through dialogue. One player stays on the boat, while the other goes diving. Such flexible gameplay will certainly pay off on the replay value of Man of Medan.
