The First Berserker: Khazan - Pre-launch trailer with Deluxe Edition

Publisher Nexon still calls it Early Access, but in the meantime the more appropriate term ‘Advanced Access’ has more or less established itself. No, The First Berserker: Khazan is not entering an Early Access phase, but will officially go live on March 27th for all owners of the Standard Edition. However, those who have pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition can enter the game today and experience the ‘Anime-Souls-like’ early - which is why Nexon has labelled the video an ‘Early Access Trailer’.

Some reviews claim that The First Berserker Khazan is as tough as nails and pushes even hardened Soulslike gamers to their limits. ‘Khazan's combat and boss design are some of the best I've seen in a soulslike.’, writes PCGamer. So if you intend to buy this action RPG, you should be aware that Khazan will be quite a challenge. But then you will apparently be rewarded for your courage, because First Berserker not only looks pretty with its individual art style - the combat system is said to be excellent. GameSpot gives the game 8.0 out of 10 points, with a focus on the heavy-hitting combat and various customisation options. The story writing, on the other hand, is criticised.
