The game is absolute trash on PC. it doesn't work properly, not optimized. I want my money back. I have waited for this game forever and now this is absolute garbage

Same here, been waiting for this one to come out. Not a great release but I believe they'll manage to fix this at least iron out the performance issues. Was the same with Uncharted port and is in much better state now.

On the STEAM store page, "For customers living in Japan, this game supports interface and audio in Japanese and English only." If I activate this key in Japan, will Japanese be provided?

Looks like it'll be locked for Japan, sorry about that we'll update our locks and add a notice to reflect it. Would recommend getting it from the Steam store to be safe.
