The Sinking City 2: Frogwares talks about the development work in the dev video

The Sinking City 2 does not yet have a release date. However, the developer and publisher have been working hard on Lovecraft's action adventure for two years now. The survival horror game takes you to the flooded, heavily destroyed ruins of Arkham, where you not only encounter creepy monsters, but also have to overcome psychological challenges - just as you would expect from a game in the Lovecraft universe.

Every decision in The Sinking City 2 can lead to death or open up new paths. Frogwares itself describes the sequel on The Sinking City as a complete survival horror game. Not just a reinterpretation of the first instalment, but a completely new mystery action adventure with resource management mechanics, environments full of background stories and mysterious dangers. In the developer video published today, the studio gives us an insight into the development process, talks about the visions and how the investigation procedures in the sequel fit into the gameplay.
