Frogwares follows up with a whopping 12-minute gameplay clip: The Sinking City 2 sends you to the Arkham Fish Market this time, where the octopus sculpture above the entrance already hints at something sinister. Once a bustling commercial district, now a setting for the Deep Ones and other creatures from Lovecraft’s cosmos. Fish stalls, warehouses, and rusty fishing gear stand abandoned, though the silence is most likely deceptive. The only inhabitant still somewhat human: a figure who barely passes for a human anymore.
The third-person survival horror game continues to focus on scarce resources rather than weapon overkill. You’ll need to keep track of your inventory, solve tricky puzzles, and find shortcuts to supplies and upgrades. Every step deeper into the area increases the pressure; brief moments of respite are the only thing that lowers your blood pressure.

Those who opt for the Premium Edition will also receive 24 hours of early access (Advanced Access) and the side quest “The Holloways’ Mansion” —at least two hours of additional gameplay set in a dilapidated estate with an occult past. As a reward for exploring the mansion, you’ll receive the “Bucking Bronco” revolver as a permanent companion in the main game.
