It tells me "This CD Key or Activation Code is already active on this account." when i try to activate the game manually but i cant see it on my library, i already reset the pc and ubi connect and also logged out and in.
Hi!!, I ran into the same issue, but I managed to fix it thanks to the Gamesplanet team's advice. They suggested restarting the launcher and searching for the game again, as it might simply be hidden.
You could also try searching for just "Ghost Recon Wildlands" instead. I initially searched for the full title, "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands," but couldn't find it. Once I removed "Tom Clancy's" and searched for "Ghost Recon Wildlands," the game appeared immediately.
