No Gangs of New York on the Ultimate edition

I have bought the Division 2 ultimate division which is supposed to have both brooklyn DLC and the New York one. In my ubisoft account the main game and the Brooklyn DLC are seen as owned. The New York one though it isnt (it has the option to buy it). I havent palyed the game yet so from some threads here i see that some things are open once in the game.
