The Division 2: Beta Content and Launch Times Revealed

Prepare for the upcoming Private Beta for Tom Clancy's open world shooter sequel The Division 2, which is taking place between February 7th-11th. Find out more about the Beta and launch times.

Take on the streets of Washington, D.C. when the Private Beta for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 launches next week on February 7th. This Private Beta will give players who have pre-ordered the game (or those who were lucky enough to get an invite by registering on the website a chance to try out the open world sequel ahead of the release in March. Players will be able to take on a variety of challenges in the Beta with 2 Main Missions, 5 Side Missions in the Open World, Control Points & Activities, 1 Dark Zone area with Skirmish 4v4 PVP and try out one of the game's end game missions.

During the Beta you'll be limited to one character for the entire testing phase and it cannot be deleted so pick wisely! You can still cycle through various presets after creation to make your Agent look the way you want though. Additionally, progression will be limited and you'll only be able to level up until level 7.

Try out 2 of the main missions for the game with the Grand Washington Hotel and Jefferson Trade Center giving a slice of the final narrative that'll be available within the full game at launch, and can be accessed from Odessa Sawyer and Dyani Kelso.

Players will discover 5 optional side missions as they progress though the city and want to break free from the main storyline. These missions will be much like the side quests in the original game and will be discovered while exploring the open world. Finally, those looking to try out the Multiplayer will be able to enjoy the Dark Zone East Area, which will allow for 4v4 Skirmish fights and a look at the redesigned gameplay that'll be featured in the Dark Zones.

• 2 Main Missions: Grand Washington Hotel & Jerrson Trade Center.
• Open World: 5 Side Missions, Control Points & Activities.
• Dark Zone & Conflict: Dark Zone East and Skirmish 4v4 PVP Mode
• End Game: 1 Invaded Mission and 3 Specializations.

Note: End Game activities begin at 4pm GMT / 5pm CET on February 8th.

The Private Beta will also include a small portion of The Division 2's end game for players to try out. To play the end game content you simply have to complete the Jefferson Trade Center mission to gain access to another mission that will unlock 3 level 30 characters on your account. After you log in with any of these characters you'll be able to play the end game mission. Each character will different and equipped with their own Specialization.

• Pre-load Time: February 6th at 9am GMT / 10am CET
• Beta Launch: February 7th at 9am GMT / 10am CET
• Beta end: February 11th at 9am GMT / 10am CET

To preload the game on Uplay, make sure you've registered your pre-order of The Division 2 from Gamesplanet on Uplay. Locate "The Division 2 Private Beta" under your "Games" Tab on Uplay and start downloading. By pre-ordering the game you'll get guaranteed access to the upcoming Beta, but you can also register for a chance to play in the Closed Beta.

The Division 2 launches on March 15th 2019. You can pre-order the game to get early access to the upcoming Beta, which runs from February 7th - February 13th. Those who pre-order the Gold Edition or the Ultimate Edition will be able to play the full game 3 days earlier on March 12th.
