Loss of key activation
hello I had a problem, do you know that when I activated a product of a game, it was activated in a ubisoft account that I did not want, and if I had changed it to the one I wanted, can someone help me?

You need to confirm your email, once you've done that it'll be available for activation from your account page. If you have issues receiving the email send us a mail to [email protected]

After purchase you'll be required to link it to an account and can change the account it's going to activate on before activation. We don't pick the account it's registered on.
