Patch 9.0 brings a breath of fresh air to Space Marine 2
With the new 9.0 update, Space Marine 2 receives a comprehensive quality-of-life package. The update is available now and noticeably improves the gaming experience with new content, revised balancing, and targeted technical optimizations.
New features in co-op mode and Datavault
In the co-op-oriented Siege mode of Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2, additional “Ordeals” have been unlocked, while the Datavault menu has been given a revamped reward system and a UX update. In addition, the Tyranid boss Trygon is now also listed there.
Balancing adjustments in PvE and PvP
Many weapons and perks have been adjusted to make gameplay more balanced in both PvE and PvP. The behavior of enemy units and the effectiveness of melee classes have also been fine-tuned. Overall, the update aims to make battles more dynamic and predictable at the same time – perhaps also to prevent moments of frustration.
Improvements to stability, UI, and gameplay
Patch 9.0 contains numerous bug fixes and improvements to overall performance.
