I got the ultra edition and thought that the season pass would give me the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack (Ultramarines DLC Chapters) for free but I still have to purchase them with in game currency, is this intended or was this a mistake?

Right click the game entry in Steam > Properties > DLC tab. If it's already ticked untick and retick. Also try restarting Steam.

Did that but everything is still locked, maybe i have to wait for full release? 10th?
