16 minutes of Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground Gameplay Footage
Focus' turn-based strategy game Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground is launching later this week on May 27th. PC strategists and Warhammer fans are already anticipating that the title developed by Gasket Games will bring the right content for a successful representation of the Age of Sigmar fantasy universe. The units of three factions fight for supremacy on battlefields in Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground, the Stormcast Eternals, the Nighthaunt and the Maggotkin of Nurgle. A detailed gameplay clip from publisher Focus Home Interactive shows us what this looks like in action. Jeff Lydell (Game Director) and Ian Christy (Design Director) from Gasket Games show scenes from the game in this video and comment on the action in detail.
In this example, the developers send a Stormcast Eternals army into a conflict with Nighthaunts. Each unit available to you in Age of Sigmar can be used in a variety of ways. The strategy game should therefore respect individual play styles. Before a battle, it is always a matter of preparing and adequately equipping units. Choose from unique weapons, armour, spells and passive abilities. Combined with 500 collectible items, this creates complex strategy gaming in Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground.
