saw "X4: collectors edition -..." on Cheapshark and bought it not realizing it's not the base game and needs the base game to be bought separately.
replyBasically you should know that "X4: Foundations Collector's Edition - Extra Content" is only 2 DLCs and still requires the base game to be purchased separately.
