• LAYOUT - Get the most from every room through judicious placement of the key furniture, to enable your buyers to picture themselves in their future home
• DECORATION - An option for the most creative players who want to try their hand at decorating their house down to the finest details, from a candle on a chest of drawers to the exact placement and colour of the cushions on the sofa!
• CONSTRUCTION - Select the subcontractors according to your remaining budget, and supervise the site, while being ready to react to chance events – after all, construction work is notorious for never going exactly to plan!
