Anniversary Edition is supposed to have OST, but I cannot find it!

There's no ost with the anniversary edition, where are you seeing it's included? Deluxe has the soundtrack but not this version.

It's included with the Deluxe, but it's not part of the Anniversary Edition. We have the same content as Steam. You can't purchase it separately.
