I got a tad confused when I entered the key. There was a message saying I already had it on my machine. However after stumbling in the dark for a bit it started to download over the old game! Is this right?
replyWe use direct activation, so key is not used in the process. Once activation is done, you may need to restart your Ubisoft launcher as occasionally the launcher takes time to refresh but logging out and back in again usually helps. After activation the game can be installed, yes but can't be launched - not until the official release. You can find the detailed launch times here: https://gplnk.com/426239
