I have been trying to claim this game but whenever I do it goes to the Ubisoft website I log in and it gives me a Please Wait screen then sends me back to the gamesplanet website and still says Log In, no Activate option
Seems you've activated the game now, enjoy :)
Sometimes switching the browser is the best option with activation issues.

Login to your Ubisoft account on the Ubisoft Connect launcher and download from there. If you have further issues email [email protected]
