o ok i didnt know its my first time useing this site so was nevervus and requsted a refund how lond do fefunds take and now thant i know pre order keys arnt right away can the refund be canceled an keep it

Refunds are processed within a few days, if you want you can place a new order next week when you should have the funds back :)
