Hey, the order was refunded for you yesterday as the game cannot be activated in your country (as mentioned by the region lock notices). Please keep an eye on the locks in future or ask us if you're not sure :)

It was refunded yesterday, refunds can take up to 48 hours (not counting weekends as banks do not work these). It'll be with you soon.

It was refunded back on Saturday, as banks do not work weekends it may take a bit longer. Please check with your bank as it's been refunded back on our end.

Prepaid cards may work differently.
