Trying to buy from Slovakia, when i click charge my card, enter SMS code (my card security) it says: "The transaction could not be processed. The card has not been charged. Please try again later."
replyHey, it's possible your card may have restrictions for online payments and you may want to call your bank to sort that out. Alternatively you could use another payment method such as PayPal. If that still fails email [email protected] and we'll help you out.
replythat would be the first thing to come to my mind too but i already bought games online through other sites, or even on BattleNet itself.. so its weird :/
replyAll I know is what our logs show and there's not much else we can suggest as your card is being denied for some reason. You could try another browser or making sure that you have no add-on blocking elements of the site.
