says i cant connect to online services sometimes when i play, what's this issues because my friend who actually brought it magically get on most of the times but i dont???

This is server related issue and some accounts have no issues connecting, others get them randomly and others have troubles connecting at all. It's caused by high interest. Within few days the servers should stabilise.
