hi there it appears in allkeyshop that it's at 45,54€ and in here it appears in $ what will i be charged for?

Both, that's the beauty : D
You will be charged $53.99, so after conversion by your bank, €45.54.

Your bank may apply a small fee on the conversion, but it's less than a few cents usually.

Edit: to be clear in case my joke was missed, you'll be charged only one time, the price in € after conversion from $.
