i talk with my countrys paysafe card assistant and she told me that the problem isnt them and its your because its cant turn dollars into euros i tryied restarting every thing and didnt work

From further talks with our team it appears Greece may have a block in place by the Government and we cannot do anything about that.
You may want to try purchasing it from the DE/FR/UK store instead though.
replyIt may be a regional issue with paysafe as it should work for Euros (and indeed others have managed to do it). You could also try to topup your wallet with paysafe credit - https://us.gamesplanet.com/account/wallets
