Hello, I am French, I bought the game in USD so an American store, because I was redirected directly to it (easy when you mark COD cold war cheap ahha), in short I therefore buy, activate the game and download, but I am forced to go through the American servers, it's not practical and I wonder if I will still be able to play with players from Europe?

It doesn't matter, you can select region from the launcher. It's the same as if you purchased it from the Battle Net store.
replydid u try this? in battle.net next to ur play button there is a globus, u should be able to select the region u want to play in there. Please awnser fast, thinking about buying this aswell
