[Help] The Blizzard Desktop App still offers COD:BO Cold War for sale

You bought Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War from Gamesplanet and successfully activated it, but the Blizzard app still offers you the game for purchase?

Find out if everything was activated correctly on your BattleNet account:

Visit the BattleNet Store page for COD:BO Cold War
Log in to the site (if you are not already registered) with the account you activated it on.
Look at the version selection. The website will confirm the game you already own as a tick next to the edition you have.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be available via the Blizzard Desktop App at the latest when the beta is activated.

hello,
i bought and activated bo5 cw last night (to play in 4 hours now ;) ) and i can still buy the game on blizzard.
I followed your recommendations but when I control I still have the option to buy both versions (no tick). I changed the blizzard password of my account to force the update but without positive effect. ..i fear a bug.
When i follow : https://account.blizzard.com/games i can see all my games, and all are noted "active" with the date of last use ... BO (cw) appears but with absolutely no information (not noted active) . could you help me please? (note : i'am in france)

Hey there, same exact problem. Did you guys come to a solution? I'm able to play the beta but it the launcher and website seems to think I don't own the game. Bought it earlier today. If not, will shoot the email I suppose?

It's a bug, should eventually show as owned. If not email [email protected] and we'll help you out.

As long as it's displayed on your battle net account page I wouldn't worry too much. If you have modern warfare you can check for the bonuses there to confirm as well.
