You may need to restart your client if you successfully claimed it.

nvm. i there was a delay in the time the code is valid. it's working now.

I did. I followed all of those steps and am able to redeem the game. It's fully downloaded on my battlenet/blizzard client. but when i launch the game to play the beta, it says i can't.
