The bonus key provided must be redeemed on the COD Website - http://www.callofduty.com/redeem

The full game will provided to you nearer release (likely when a preload happens).

It's for the Pre-order Bonus, the full game will be delivered nearer release. If you've having troubles check Black Ops 4 Blackout mode to see if the bonus is available to you.
