can i preorder the game from Pakistan? Or does it not matter since its a digital download? Plus once i do i get to preorder the game, what is the process after that till release? i do have battle.net installed on my pc. Do i activate the game from their site or client? Or does it automatically update on to the client? I REALLY need to "Get DIRTY so the world stays CLEAN!!!"

You can pre-order it yes, will work for you no worries. You'll get a pre-order bonus code instantly after purchase, then nearer launch (likely when a preload occurs) you can redeem the full game directly on Battle Net.
