replyThe pre-order bonus code is available now, the full game will be delivered soon (likely when a preload occurs - maybe even sooner). You'll be able to redeem the full game directly onto Battle Net. Do not worry, we're working directly with Activision and the game will be delivered to you as soon as it's available.

replyYou may have been on the UK store before which is in native £, the US store has native $ support.
