So when I buy the digital game in the US using this website from paypal, do I have to do something else to get the game running? cause I see a lot of comments saying it doesn't work.

You can redeem directly on Battle Net after purchase.

You purchase the game then redeem onto Battle Net, then you download from their launcher.
