I keep getting crash no matter what i did with the option setting can i please request for a full refund?. The game it is absalutely unplayable and i feel like i just waist my money

replySo far I am still waiting for the result as I have read on many forum that they are alot of people experiencing this issue and piss them of. Many also have request refund on various platform that they bought the cd key from including the activation website itself where many express their outrage for unplayable game

replyI choose to get refund currently the game is still expereincing alot of crash at least for me i dont know about other people though. You can check on forum and youtube if you still keen to buy this game and apply the fix that many community suggest you to do. Sometime it fix the crash temporary sometime it fix 100%. In my case it is not working at all despite all fix that i look on the internet

The issue is affecting people but not all, we at least resolved your issue as best as we could. Hopefully we can reach out to Blizzard next week to get improvements on the system to ensure more people are able to activate correctly.
