Yes the issue is affecting people but not all, we at least resolved your issue as best as we could. Hopefully we can reach out to Blizzard next week to get improvements on the system to ensure more people are able to activate correctly.

replyIt can take up to 48 hours, sometimes it's quicker. Banks do not typically work weekends sadly.
