Hey, we're completely authorized to sell the game and have been working with Activision for a number of years. We're even listed on the official COD site as a retailer for the game :)

Hey, seems your card may have some restrictions it which is preventing you from paying. I would recommend trying an alternate payment method such as PayPal as a workaround or getting in touch with your bank.
