Bought CoD MW on flash sale (-30%) at 30.5.2020 and activated it instantly in Europe (Romania). I had no issue at all, everything went smooth. The only remark would be that the activation is made directly and not by redeeming any code.

As for the direct redemption, that's how the publisher has decided to go for this title as no codes exist on PC. Worry not though we're working directly with Activision to sell the game and have been for many years :)
