replyIt'll be $41 if you purchase from the UK store. If you grab it from the US store it'll be $38. Seems you tried to purchase it from the UK store :)
If your payment is having issues you may want to try using another payment method suck as PayPal or Amazon as a workaround.

replyIs this expected to work in the USA? Every time I launch the game in the US, it immediately disconnects from the servers during activation and proceeds to exit the game. Unable to successfully launch from the USA so far.
replyYes it will, otherwise we wouldn't sell it on the US Store. As for connection this is likely something either with Blizzard servers or your connection.
